All personally identifiable information submitted on our order form is kept confidential. This information is used for billing
purposes and to fill your orders. We also use this information to send you order confirmation and shipping information. If we have
trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
We will occasionally send you information about special offers and if you are a member, we will automatically send you a monthly wine
newsletter. Out of respect for your privacy, we present the option not to receive these types of communications and allow you to opt out
of receiving these messages.
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if your wine
delivery will be delayed for inclement weather, we will send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which
are not promotional in nature.
