Don’t be intimidated by roasting peppers over an open flame, it is really quite simple. Turn your stove top flame to high, sit the peppers (make sure you take off the sticker) directly on top of the flame and turn them once they have charred. The point of putting them into a bag after is to make them sweat. The sweating is what makes the skins come off super easy.
